CIE Services staff manages federal Carl Perkins grant funds and sponsors
programs aimed at improving career and technical education, such as:
- The Clackamas Technical Education Consortium (C-TEC)
- The Clackamas Regional Skills Competition
- Advanced College Credit
- Regional high school programs at Clackamas Community College in Collision
Repair, Manufacturing, and Automotive Pre-engineering
- Workforce Investment Act (WIA) At-Risk Youth Programs
- Career and Technical Education Program of Study development and approval
- Youth Services
- Career and Technical Education teacher licensure
